Bike Hotel Ski-Inn Rukavalley
Ski-Inn Rukavalley is the first bike hotel in Ruka with a concept designed to meet the needs of bikers. It’s located in Ruka East, conveniently next to the Village-2-Valley gondola’s base station, Family Bike Park and Pump Track.
Bike washing stations in Ruka
In Ruka village, you can wash your bike at the washing station located at the end of the Piste building next to the gondola. There is also a washing station in the proximity of Ski-Inn RukaValley. Both washing stations are free of charge.
Bike washing is also possible at Ruka Wash in Ruka Parking Hall. Warm water and washing detergent costs 1,20 €/min.
E-bike charging station in Ruka village
You can find a free-of-charge e-bike charging station with couplings for most common e-bikes in Ruka village, near the Tykky observation tower.
Charge your bike at your own risk, and we recommend locking your bike while charging.
Arriving by bus with a bike
You can bring your own bike even when traveling by train and by bus. Bus connection from Kemijärvi night train to Ruka/ Kuusamo can transport bikes too, and you can by the bike ticket online.
